It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles William Hall of Newark, Delaware, who passed away on November 27, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Ray and Mary Margaret Elizabeth Hall (Grottendieck); his wife Constance Jean Hall (Hudgins); and his son Gregory Michael Hall. He is survived by: his children, Richard Alan Hall (Jacquelyn), Carla Jean Cuilik and Brian Kent Hall (Valerie); his grandchildren, Ryan (Angela), Reed, Matthew (Meagan), Kelsey (Justin), Katie, Meredith, Brent (Phoenix), Caroline (Noah) and Aly; and his great grandchildren, Amy, Hayes and Theo.
