He is survived by: his sisters, Patricia Jeanette Baer and Cherry Collins (Jim); and his nieces and nephews, Mae Lynn Collins-Joyce (Michael), Grace K. Collins, David A. Collins and Stephen R. Collins. He is also survived by 7 great-nephews.
