David Simkins Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of David Simkins of Newark, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 18, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Harry; and his father Harry Simkins, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Janet Simkins; his children, James Simkins (Erin Simkins) and Jessica Simkins (Zachary Mundy); his mother Wilma Provost; his stepfather John Provost; his brother Bill Simkins (Clare Simkins); his nieces and nephews, Tyler, Lauren, Brittany and Brett; and his children, Amanda and Dylan.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Helen Graham Cancer Center.
