With sadness, we share the passing of Diana L. Niland of Newark, Delaware. Diana, born on February 6, 1953, passed away on May 25, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kephart and Janet Kephart (Barringer); and her granddaughter Kaylee Schmidt. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Niland; her children, Kristen Schmidt (Chris), Michael Martin, Patrick Niland and William Niland (Megean); her grandchildren, Christopher Paul Schmidt, Hailey Marie Schmidt, Bishop Niland, Mathias Niland, Miriam Niland, Juniper Niland and Ramsey Niland; and her siblings, Cindy Wisneski (Tom) and David George.
