He was predeceased by: his wife Linda Howell Farmer; and his parents, Arthur Grahmn and Irene Zola Grace Farmer. He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Farmer (Marie) of Newark, DE; and his brothers, Robert Farmer of Rising Sun, MD and Dennis Farmer (Kimberly) of Ellendale, DE. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
