He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Ragan and Hazel Ragan (McCoy); his daughter Debra E. Ragan; his brother Robert C. Ragan; and his sister-in-law Marie Ragan.
He is survived by: his wife Elva Jean Ragan (Brown); his daughters, Donna J. Spadea (Greg) and Diane L. Roberts (Randy); his brother Lawrence Ragan; his siblings-in-law, Agnes Ragan and Dale Brown (Jan); his grandchildren, Jennifer L. Barrett, Ryan R. Roberts, Alexis A. Spadea (JD) and Alex T. Spadea (Antonella); and his great grandchildren, Hazel E. Barrett and Millie R. Barrett. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
