He is survived by: his wife Georgetta Hartsoe; his children, Don Werts, Justina Milligan (Tom), Keith Hartsoe (Jess) and Kevin Hartsoe; his sister Donna M. Lucas (Calvin); and his grandchildren, Jade Werts, Joe Zebrook and Abigail Milligan.
