It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris C. Lillard (Newark, Delaware), who passed away on May 18, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Brian O'Connor and Helen Storey O'Connor; her husband Thomas "Joe" Lillard; and her sister Geraldine O'Connor. She is survived by: her children, Cherrie DiMatteo (Anthony), Colleen Basilio (Robert), Thomas B. Lillard, David Lillard, Timothy Lillard, John Lillard (Helen) and Matthew Lillard (Susan); and her sister Vivian O'Connor Paisley. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
