She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Sr. Davis and Ethel Herman Davis; her husband Ronald Gayle Phipps; her son Ronald Gene Phipps; her granddaughter Carrie Neff; and her siblings, Jeannette Grubb, Edward Davis II, Florence Colmery, Marie Torres, Edith Turner and Robert Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Cichocki (Joe) of Newark, DE, Jenny Phipps (Ottie Pondman) of Newark, DE, Richard Phipps (Lisa) of Lumberton, NJ and Joseph Phipps (Carol) of Elkton, MD; her daughter-in-law Debby Newsome; her grandchildren, Christopher Phipps, Thomas Mergenthaler, Danielle Mulder, Stephanie Mulder, Amanda Phipps, Jennifer Cichocki, Ron Phipps, Rob Phipps, Kaitlyn Phipps and Madison Phipps; and her great grandchildren, Tara Phipps, Isla Phipps and Grayson Phipps. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews.
