He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Margaret "Maggie" Smith and Edward Smith; his wife Barbara Smith; his children, Karen "Liz" Carey (Soul) and Edward "Eddie" Smith (Mary); his stepdaughter Lisa Kiser; his brother Ronald Smith; and his close friends, Mark, Ann, Ginny and Jim. He was also cherished by his many nieces, nephews, cousins.
