Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home (121 W Park Pl, Newark, DE 19711). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
