With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Elsie C. Godwin of Newark, Delaware, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Godwin and Hazel Godwin; and her siblings, Arlene Hazel, Elmer A Godwin and Allen B Godwin.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Maria Godwin; and her cousin Carol Hollinger Buehler. She is also survived by other nephews, grandnieces/grandnephews.
