With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Esterine Roney Stewart of Newark, Delaware, born in Dinwiddie, Virginia, who passed away on March 2, 2024 at the age of 95. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Esterine Roney Stewart to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Oliver Roney and Louise Roney (Edwards); her husband Clarence James Stewart, Jr.; and her siblings, Isdora Wilson, Marion Jones, Evelyn Turner, Frances Roney and Oliver Roney (Dooney).

She is survived by : her children, Cheryl Murray (Charles), Clarence James Stewart III, Brian Stewart and Karan Stewart; her siblings, Catherine Brown (Ollie), Princess Jones (Vandy), Joyce Johnson (James), Floyd Roney (Elaine) and Edna Brown (Charlie); and her grandchildren, Andre, Sheree, Monique, Anthony, Errick and Brandy. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
