She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence S. Napier and Charles Napier; her husband E. "Grant" Fay; her son Gregory Fay; and her great-grandparent Rick.
She is survived by: her son Matthew of Wilmington; her grandson Jeremy of Los Angeles; her stepsons, Rick Ericson (Marge) of Arkansas and Bob Ericson (Robin) of Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Navarra, Kimberly Hynes, Janis Ericson, Julie Norton, Daryll Odierna, Brian and Christopher. She is also survived by two great-grand-daughters and four great grandsons.
