We are sad to announce that, on March 24, 2026, at the age of 94, Frances C. Zelluk of Newark, Delaware passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Foote and Fredia Foote; her husband Paul; and her sister Elizabeth Edelhauser. She is survived by: her children, Glenn Zelluk (Nora), Donna Kennedy and Valerie Zelluk-McGarry; her grandchildren, Robert, Marten, Laurel and Andrew; and her brother William Foote. She is also survived by family members and great friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to any animal rescue.
