He is survived by: his wife Linda McCummings Paragallo; his stepchildren, Stacy McCummings, Scott McCummings and Heather McCummings Davis (Christopher); his stepgrandchildren, Tyler McCummings (Bri Eagan McCummings), Brianna McCummings Foster (Daulton), Emily Davis and Austin Davis; his stepgreat-grandchild Parker McCummings; and his siblings, Linda Wood and Richard Paragallo.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to National Parkinsons Foundation.
