He was predeceased by: his father George E. Klusak; and his brother Edward. He is survived by: his mother Regina Klusak; his wife Laurel Wirtz; his sons, Blair (Laura), Brandon (Amy) and Brent (Alec); and his grandchildren, Lucas (Chasity), Mason, Alice, Parker, Camden and Weston Klusak.
