He was predeceased by: his parents, Betty Maguire, and Hugh Maguire, Sr.; his sons, Hugh Charles Maguire and Michael Maguire; and his siblings, Mary Luterman, Patsy Maguire and John Maguire.
He is survived by: his wife Sandy Maguire; his stepson Raymond Simpson; and his children, Colleen Petrick (Andrew), John Patrick Maguire (Eileen) and Christopher Maguire (Lee). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
