He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. John Todd and Barbara Todd (Feeney); his wife Rita Marie Boland; his sons, Mark and Jim, Jr.; and his brother David.
He is survived by: his sons, John (Debbie), Joe and Jerry (TressAnn); his grandchildren, Katie (Charles), Carly (Scott), Brian (Irina), Erin, Jenni and Emily; his great grandchildren, James and Grace; and his brother Owen.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Holy Family Church (15 Gender Rd, Newark, DE 19713). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 at the All Saints Cemetery (6001 Kirkwood Hwy, Wilmington, DE 19808).
