She was predeceased by: her parents, Coyle E. Norris and Thelma O. Norris (Dubbs); and her brothers, James and Elmer Norris. She is survived by: her husband William Stenner; her sons, Eric Stenner (Valerie) and Kirby Stenner; her granddaughters, Abigail, Chelsea and Rebecca; and her sister Gloria Myers.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church (10 Johnson Rd, Newark, DE 19713).
