She is survived by: her children, Heshimu Yero Abdullah Moody, Jalila Amira Moody, Rashied Ali Moody and Chwani Amira Gourzong; her son-in-law Garfield Gourzong; her grandchildren, Malika Moody, Brakeem Briddell, Najiayh Moody, Damani Gourzong, Zari Gourzong, Jada Gourzong, Khalil Moody and Khiry Moody; her great grandchildren, Zia Gourzong, Takhari Mills and Asaies Briddell; and her sister-in-law Geraldine Moody.
