He is survived by: his wife Donna Lee Daniels (DeVries); his sons, Jerry Lee Daniels II and Geoffrey DeVries Daniels (Stephanie); his sister Suzanne Petrunis; his grandchildren, Ezekiel Daniels, Lucas Daniels, Colton Daniels, Geoffrey Daniels and Emily Daniels; and his sister-in-law Kathy Daniels.
