He was predeceased by: his parents, Mae Lobley (McGarry) and Edwin Lobley. He is survived by: his wife Gayle S. Lobley; his children, Brent Lobley (Abbie) and Jennifer Harden (Stephen); his grandchildren, Mara, Quinn Lobley, Chase and Lauren Harden; and his siblings, Edwin Lobley (Linda), Susan Rhoades (Stephen) and Mark Lobley (Karen).
