He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor M. Salter and Ruth R. Salter. He is survived by: his pet Maddie; his siblings, Michael J. Salter and Catherine S. Williams (Marvin); his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Salter (Erik), Margaret Salter, Col. Jeffrey Wills (Kendall) and Eric Wills; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Rian Salter, Teagan Wills, Chase Maxwell, Jameson Wills and Bennett Wills.
