He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara H. Winter; and his parents, Lawrence Winter and Ruth Winter (Chambers). He is survived by: his sons, David L. Winter (Makiko Yasuda) of New York City, NY, John Andrew Winter (Anne Polakovic) of Newark, DE and Joseph S. Winter (Adam Shecter) of Queens, NY; his grandchildren, Emi Winter and Hiroki Winter; and his siblings, James Winter (Connie) of St. Albans, WV and Sarah Bishop (Terry) of Whitsett, NC..
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home (701 Derstine Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 6th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
