He was predeceased by: his parents, Dudley Morgan and Margaret Morgan (Bayley); and his brother Richard Morgan. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jane French Morgan; his daughters, Elaine Morgan (Peter VanderKley) and Linda Morgan (Charles Clause); his grandchildren, Robert Cox (Kristin), Nathan Morgan Fiser (Lexi), Katherine Beatie (Charles), Elizabeth Chandler Savino (Sergio), Elise Rezendes (Ben) and Peter VanderKley (Hali); and his great grandchildren, Lillyana, Lena, Morgan, Kelsey, Ian and CJ.

In lieu of flowers, donations to your local hospice organization made in Joe's memory would be very much appreciated by the Morgan family.
