In the sacred silence of farewell, Joyce is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Joyce's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She is survived by: her husband Henry Barrar; her children, Robert Kampf and Donna Kampf; her granddaughter Haylee Kampf; and her brother Robert Webber. She is also survived by many nieces/nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Beeson Funeral Home of Newark (2053 Pulaski Hwy, Newark, DE 19702). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
