We are sad to announce that, on January 2, 2021, at the age of 84, Katherine E. Dunlap of Newark, Delaware, born in Elkton, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lottie Boyd Simpers Clay and Joseph E. Simpers. She is survived by: her husband Carroll M. Dunlap; her children, Carol Dunlap Hines (Glenn), Kathy Dunlap Galloway (Don), Randy L. Dunlap and Carroll M. Dunlap, II (Tammy Slonecker Dunlap); her grandchildren, Kevin Wiles, Heather Pugh Hernandez, Jodi Grabusky, Randy Dickerson and Camren Tyler Dunlap; and her sister Ella Mae Mullins. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild.
