He is survived by: his parents, Tammy Ward and Jimmy Ward; his significant other Elizabeth Valladares; his brother Brandan Ward; his nieces, Legna, Remy and Camber Ward; his grandparents, Elizabeth and Gerald Bullock; and his aunt Amy Jackson-Bullock (Lisa).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Kraig's honor to the Johns Hopkins Children's Center.
