She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jack, Marie Kelly and Gail Carter. She is survived by: her children, Hannah, Nathan and Ava; her parents, Dawn Crawford (Zack) of Newark and Larry T Carter of Va; and her brother Tom Carter (Tay) of Newark.
