He was loved and cherished by many people including his wife, his sisters, his four children, his four grandchildren.
He earned four U.S. patents for board game inventions, was recognized by the Committee for the Improvement of Buxton (CIMBUX) for his contributions to art and culture in Buxton, and received DuPont's Silver Award for Excellence in Engineering before retiring as a Senior Engineer.
