She was predeceased by: her parents, William Raymond Mohr and Janette Mohr (Lauria). She is survived by: her sisters, Janice Coleman, Lauren Nagurka and Julie Koehler; her brother-in-law Robert Koehler; her siblings' children, Corinne Provost, Erin Nagurka, Keri Castillo, Violet Ann Koehler, Jillian Putkowski, Clifford A. Coleman and Paul Mohr; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ava Castillo, Violet Putkowski, Chase Provost, Matthew Marrero, Jason Putkowski and Andrew Castillo.
