She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter McNulty and Margaret McNulty (Brophy); her husband Philip A. Tipping; and her siblings, William, Walter, John McNulty, Anne Kensil and Margaret Manley.
She is survived by: her children, William (Paula), Philip (Melissa), Christopher, Matthew (Cindy), Teresa Atwell, Suzanne Tipping and Mary-Margaret Tipping; and her siblings, Joseph, Francis McNulty and Jeanne Boyle. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM at the Holy Angels Church (82 Possum Park Rd, Newark, DE 19711). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
