She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugh Wagner and Sara Wagner (McClellan); her husband William Ernest "Skip" Westbrook Sr.; her son-in-law Frank Pragg; her siblings, Janet (Walter Marthouse), Ann (John Forcey), Donald (Gladys Wagner), Margaret (Charles Dixon), Hugh (Nancy Wagner), Ken (Irene Wagner) and Jane (Herb Houck); and her great grandchild Lily McElhaney.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Pragg, William Westbrook Jr. (Janet) and James Scott Westbrook (Michelle); her daughter-in-law Mary Lou Westbrook; her sister Donna Ferguson; her grandchildren, Matt Pragg (Lisa), Dwayne Pragg, Aileen McElhaney (Shawn), Derrick Westbrook (Mindy), Sara Westbrook and Angela Westbrook; and her great grandchildren, Kylie Pragg, Cambria Westbrook, Rory McElhaney and Zoe McElhaney.
