He was predeceased by: his father Darrell; and his uncle Ryan. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer; his brother Justin (Maddy); his grandmother Charlotte; his sister-in-law Lauren (Damien); his sibling's children, Alexis, Grace, Faith, Hank, Maddy, Fred Jr., Laney, Savannah and Bella; and his friends, Fred (Sarah), Dwane (Rachel) and Charles (Courtney).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to support his wife, Jennifer, during this difficult time.
