He was predeceased by: his father Edward Head; and his friend Bonnie Foraker. He is survived by: his mother Rosemarie Masten; his father-in-law Ken; his siblings, Dianne Howell (Gary), Linda Barry, Nicole Keane (Dave) and Kevin Head; his nieces and nephews, Morgan, Justin, Rachel, Kelsey, Leah, David, Daniel and Ian; his stepbrothers, Steve and Greg Stacknick; Susan Head.

In his memory, contributions may be made to the charity of your choice to benefit the homeless or those affected by addiction.
