It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norma O. Stephenson (Newark, Delaware), born in El Paso, Texas, who passed away on February 25, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Braulio Orozco and Lucretia Orozco of El Paso, TX; and her siblings, Angelina Orozco, Braulio Orozco, Jr. and Sandra Harvey.

She is survived by: her children, Lee M. Stephenson (Nancy Turner), Jason M. Stephenson of Newark and Sandra M. Stephenson; her grandsons, Trey Jones and Leon Smith; and her sister Delia Green. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
