She is survived by: her parents, Norman Kent Haggerty and Sherry Wilson Haggerty; her husband Len Pugh III; her children, Kaelan, Shannon Eberle, Cassie Cannon (Billy), Len Pugh IV (Samantha) and Brittany Pugh; her sisters, Susan Wallick (Dan), Katherine Mason (Jake) and Jennifer Haggerty (Corynn); her brother-in-law Richard (Anita); her uncles, Ray, Pat (Leah) and Kit (Carol); her aunt Kelly (James); her cousin Erin; her nieces and nephews, Georgia, Ava, Jacob, Zachary, Samuel and Joshua; and her grandchildren, Zoey, Lenny V, Dean, Jack and Violet.
