He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Erwin Neutz and Rosalind Collins Neutz. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Neutz; his daughter Shanda Allison Neutz; and his sister Linda Lyon. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Red Clay Creek Presbyterian Church (500 McKennans Church Rd, Wilmington, DE 19808). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
