Richard J. Harbaugh Obituary

He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Harbaugh (Stata). He is survived by: his father Robert L. Harbaugh; his wife Rosie Harbaugh (Pichardo); his children, Germaine Harbaugh (Germaine Ortiz) and Brandon Harbaugh (Rosie); and his siblings, Randy Harbaugh (Robin) and Robin Gray (David). He is also survived by 5 nieces/nephew and 3 grandnieces/nephew.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spicer-Mullikin Funeral Home (121 W Park Pl, Newark, DE 19711). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
