He is survived by: his son Richard Howe Jr.; his daughter-in-law Rhonda; his grandson Richie; his brothers, Robert Howe Sr. (late Nora) and Kenneth Howe (Pat); and his parents-in-law, Gary and Wanda Baker. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
