He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert A. Plucker and Ida Plucker (Burkert); his sons, Randy A. Plucker and Scott R. Plucker; his stepdaughter Candace Saxton; and his siblings, William B. Plucker, Herbert A. Plucker Jr., Ardell Rickenbach and Isabell Barr.
He is survived by: his wife Doris E. Plucker (Gettis); his stepsons, Keith A. Moore (Gina), Brian A. Moore, David A. Moore (Janice) and Glenn A. Moore (Nancy); his brother Myron L. Plucker; his stepgranddaughter Eva Cota; and his stepgreat-grandsons, James Cota Jr. and Randall Cota.
