He was predeceased by: his parents, John Allen and Addie Mae Fisher (Lynch); his wife Mary Alice Brammer; his sisters, Evelyn Spencer and Dorothy Harrington; and his daughter Linda Fisher.
He is survived by: his children, Harry Fisher of Rising Sun, MD, Mary Alice Jackson (Pete) of Port Deposit, MD and Carole Sexton (Raymond) of Rising Sun, MD..
Even in death he continues to help and educate others by donating his body to the anatomy department at University of Delaware.
