She is survived by: her children, Michelle Jones (Keith) and Robert Baker; her stepchildren, Penny Miller (Alan), Deann Stigliano (Rick) and Jason Singleton (Gina); her brother James Dougherty; her niece Kelly Zimmerman (Ryan); her nephews, John Dougherty (Laurie), Scott Baker (Alecia) and Colin Dougherty (Glynnis); and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Dougherty and Lee Dougherty. She is also survived by 7 step grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the R. T. Foard & Jones, Inc. (122 W Main St, Newark, DE 19711). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
