We are sad to announce that on February 13, 2023, at the age of 57, Ross H. Brooks of Newark, Delaware, born in Tacoma, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his family, Dawn, Joanne, Rachel and Ross; his parents, Martha Brooks and Tim Brooks; his brothers, Jason (Melissa) and Benjamin (Sally); and his nieces and nephews, Natalie, Charlie, Brian and Max.

He spent many years at Delaware Elwyn until it closed during the pandemic.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ross's memory to a charity of the donor's choice that supports people with disabilities.
