She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Edmund Burk and Carrie K. Burk (Ayars); her former husband Stephen R. Urban; and her husband Bruce L. Diehl. She is survived by: her daughter Suzanne U. Mullen; and her grandchildren, Daniel F. Mullen III, Meggan E. Mullen, Destiny Henderson, Sebastian Mullen-Vinson and Jazmire Mullen-Vinson.
