It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra R. Fox Ferguson in Newark, Delaware, who passed away on October 18, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Fox and Verna Fox. She is survived by: her daughter Shelley Kimmey (Christopher); her grandsons, Chase and Carter Kimmey; her brother James Fox (Patricia); her niece Heather Burgess (Bradley); and her nephews, Eric Fox (Jennifer), Ryan Fox (Kayla Hughes) and Cory Frederick (Christine).
