He was predeceased by: his sisters, Joan Darlene Ferguson, Faith Smith and Terry Rivera; and his parents, James Ferguson and Evelyn Ferguson.
He is survived by: his brothers, Jim Ferguson (Judy) and John Ferguson (Maria); and his brother-in-law Jose Rivera. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and other extended family.
