He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Blevins. He is survived by: his sons, William Blevins, Jr. (Cynthia) and Timothy Blevins; his stepson Robert Michael Bartecki (Kathleen); and his grandchildren, Michael Bartecki, Amanda Bartecki and Ariel Blevins. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren.
