He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaiah M. Pragg and Carlyss Pragg (Little); his wife Marguerite A. Pragg; his son David Rogers; and his granddaughter Amy Spicer.
He is survived by: his children, William M. Pragg of Elkton, MD, Carl J. Pragg (Cheryl) of Inverness, FL, Robert W. Pragg (Sheila) of Oxford, PA, Marie A. Collins (Joe) of Perryville, MD, Nancy Sammons (Buddy) of Dover and Alfred Rogers (Linda) of Cedar Key, FL. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and 6 siblings.
